Tilt Brothers donates final table for WSOP 2008 Satellite benefitting ATF...
What happens when a worthy cause needs a high quality custom built poker table for a WSOP sanctioned and filmed satellite event less than 2 weeks away?
You stand and deliver.
In just over 4 days, Tilt Brothers rushed a custom designed and dye sublimated felt cloth from their supplier, built the poker table, crated and freighted it in time to host all final poker table games of the Andy Transplant Foundation (ATF) 2008 WSOP sanctioned satellite event.
The event will take place June 27th with qualifying rounds and the 28th for the final tables at a private estate in Raliegh NC. Buy ins range from $100 to $300 and the overall winner receives the $10,000 ATF seat at the 2008 WSOP Main Event. All proceeds will benefit the Andy Transplant Foundation headed by International Media Figure Susan Thompson. Celebrities are flying in from across the US to help raise awareness and fund for kidney research and transplant needs. After the final game, the custom poker table will be auctioned off with the proceeds going to the ATF.
